PROJECT MANAGER
Bicester, UK
£20-23k Basic (Plus £5k OTE)
Project Managers are the pivotal players in ensuring that projects are carried out according to clients’ requirements. This is a role that involves a great deal of communication both internally and externally and co-ordination of a number of resources.
General Duties
Client Feedback & Liaison
- Analysing a clients’ requirements, ensuring that these are clarified and confirmed
- Ensuring that client expectations are met at all times and maintained at the right level
- Proactively feeding back project information to the client on a regular basis
- Communicating to the Head of Client Services and other relevant resources throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are being met.
- Establishing good relationships with the client to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Project Administration
- Taking and writing project briefs
- Working on detailed analysis research reports
- Preparing weekly statistics and interim reports
- For Lead Generation campaigns, regularly sending off leads to the clients
- Making sure that all project related information is logged on Advanced Alchemy UK’s systems
Project Management
- Undertaking team briefings throughout the project lifecycle. Closely working together with the Head of Operations and Head of Client Services
- Monitoring target achievement throughout the project lifecycle and feedback this to the Head of Project Management and client
- Working to deadlines where required
- Liaising with the sales department when necessary
Account Development
- Attendance of new sales pitches if and when required
- Actively develop account plans for key existing accounts
- Key activities include exploring how projects can be enhanced with added-value extras e/g DM, Advertising etc.
- Close work with sales and business development team.

Skills/Demonstrable Experience Required
We are looking for an experienced, highly efficient candidate who is comfortable working in an energetic team to tight deadlines.

- It would be useful but not essential to have a second European language up to native standard (the second language could be English).
- It would be preferable, but not essential to be educated to degree level
